Taste of Culture TOMORROW! (3/15)

Hi everyone,

We will be at Taste of Culture in the Willard Straight Memorial Room tomorrow from 5-7 pm! We’ll be serving up some homemade chinsuko (traditional Okinawan shortbread cookies) so be sure to stop by and check us out!

Good luck on prelims and enjoy the snow!!

P.S. If you haven’t tried chinsuko before, they’re delicious! I’m not even on campus right now and am craving some. The perfect way to cap off another wintery day in my opinion…

Spring 2017

Welcome back to campus! We are so excited that our humble club is now officially a year in the making and delighted that we have met so many people passionate about everything ranging from cuisine to culture in our journey 🙂

So thank you and let’s make this another great year!!

Social at Cafe Pacific

As the title says…it’s this weekend and most likely happening on Sunday! If you can make it or are interested in doing so, please fill out the Doodle poll here so we have an idea of how many people to expect:

Cafe Pacific is a cute Japanese restaurant tucked away in Collegetown. It is located at 114 Dryden Road and is just a short walk from campus.

That’s about it for now. A list of entrees is attached below for those of you figuring out what you want to order 😉

Hope to see you all there!

3rd G-Body Meeting Tomorrow

Hey everyone!

Hope the second round of prelims have been going well for you all. If you’re looking to take a study break, or just want to learn more about a really cool region, come to tomorrow’s meeting in Rockefeller B16!

One fun thing we have coming up is our very first club social, which is slated to happen sometime this weekend. If you are interested in attending, feel free to fill out this Doodle poll:

No worries if you’ve signed up for the listserv but haven’t come to any meetings yet! (Or if you’re not on the listserv but want to get more involved) Here’s your chance to meet everyone 🙂

Our biweekly meeting room is admittedly a little tucked away, but consider it an opportunity to explore a less-traveled part of campus. And we promise it’ll be worth it!

See ya then,
The E-Board
